Shipping policy
Every order is filled to order in Lagos and inspected before dispatch. We do not ship pre-filled stock.
Processing time
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are filled and dispatched the same day. Orders after that go out the next working day. Preorders ship the week the import lands, and we message you as soon as it does.
Delivery times
Lagos: next working day. Other cities in Nigeria: two to four working days. Remote locations may take up to five.
Delivery cost
₦2,500 within Lagos. Outside Lagos is quoted at checkout by destination. Delivery is free on orders over ₦45,000.
Tracking
You receive a WhatsApp message with the courier and tracking reference on the day your order leaves us.
Address accuracy
Please give a full address and a phone number the courier can reach. A failed delivery caused by an incorrect address is redelivered at your cost.
Outside Nigeria
We currently ship within Nigeria only. International delivery is planned and we will announce it here.
