Shipping policy
Every order is filled to order in Lagos and inspected before dispatch. We do not ship pre-filled stock.
Processing time
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are filled and dispatched the same day. Orders after that go out the next working day. Preorders ship the week the import lands, and we message you as soon as it does.
Delivery times
Anywhere in Lagos State: 1 to 2 working days. We do not deliver outside Lagos yet.
Delivery cost
₦4,500 for most of Lagos. Far areas such as Badagry, Epe and Ibeju-Lekki pay a small extra worked out from your address, and you see the exact price at checkout before you pay. Delivery is free on orders over ₦45,000; a far address still pays its distance extra.
Tracking
You receive a WhatsApp message with the courier and tracking reference on the day your order leaves us.
Address accuracy
Please give a full address and a phone number the courier can reach. A failed delivery caused by an incorrect address is redelivered at your cost.
Outside Lagos
We deliver within Lagos State only for now. Delivery to other states, and later abroad, is planned and we will announce it here.
